General Info & Policies
OFFICE HOURS -- 7AM – 5PM Mon – FriMINIMUM ORDER -- 10 person minimum order unless indicated
TIMING -- All orders must be place by close of business previous business day; 48 hour notice is preferred
CUSTOM ORDERS -- Fresh Lunch is happy to adjust menu items to your taste or create a custom menu for your event. Please call 703-246-9044 or email orders@freshlunchcatering.com to arrange custom orders
CANCELLATION POLICY -- There is no charge for cancellation on orders within 48 hours or more for parties of 40 people or less. Parties with more than 40 people must provide 72 hour notice to avoid cancellation charges
BILLING -- All payments are due upon receipt unless a corporate account has been established. All approved credit accounts are due net 30 days. Fresh Lunch accepts payments by check, cash or credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover)
DELIVERY TIME -- In anticipation of unforeseen traffic and weather delays, please allow a 15-minute window when scheduling your delivery time
